Summer 2016 (August)
“White Lotus” Completion
Completed May 2016; premiered at Ven. Tsoknyi Rinpoche’s retreat in Germany in May and then again (subtitled in English) at his retreat in Bath, UK, at the beginning of August.
Released publicly: August 8th, 2016 to The Yogini YouTube Channel.
“White Lotus” translation and subtitling.
Next Yogini Archives releases – Lama Shenpen Hookham (Part I), Rita Gross (Part I), Geshema Kelsang Wangmo (Part II)
Initial Dakini As Art Artist Interdialogue Series launch (bi-monthly video blog series).

Landmark support funds for women in retreat, short and long term, including Single-Mother’s Retreat Fund and a collaborative fund to support Western nuns. Focuses on dedicated female practitioners practicing outside traditional institutional contexts.
To support women both West and East in retreat at participating retreat centers in 5 continents around the globe.

Our Dakini As Art Galleries are launched, third week of November.
Beyond revealing the Dakini in art and as artist, these galleries serve as dynamic fundraisers for The Yogini Project’s following media projects, from film and web media to support funds. 50% of all proceeds from art sales and commissions through the Dakini As Art galleries go to our general Yogini Project media funds.

Interview with Tsoknyi Rinpoche in Nepal
Further filming of exclusive bonus feature to accompany our 7 language “Blessings” International Version DVD on the extension of the Tsoknyi Nuns Lineage to Nepal since the making of the initial film on the Nangchen Nuns, and his intent and activity to create and support the female teachers of tomorrow through this extraordinary lineage.

Dakini As Art Fundraiser for Nepal Earthquake Relief
Dakini As Art, a sub-project of The Yogini Project, raised a total of $5259.17 through 24 print sales of fine art thangka prints and canvases by it’s Nepali thangka painter collective Images of Enlightenment through its online galleries, plus 25 fine art cards sold at a Red Tara retreat by Ringu Tulku Rinpoche at Bodhicharya Berlin, as part of it’s Nepal Earthquake Relief Fundraiser.
All funds were donated to Tsoknyi Rinpoche’s earthquake relief efforts through the Tsoknyi Nepal Nuns. More details on the fundraiser and relief efforts here.
